New General Terms and Conditions

	Hi Raffaele, We'd like to let you know that we have changed our General Terms and Conditions. Over the last few years, XING has developed a number of new products for its customers and, by acquiring kununu and amiando (now known as XING EVENTS), has enabled the integration of several different applications into one single XING service. These new features mean that we have had to update our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) to make sure they reflect our service as accurately as possible. We also drafted the GTC in such a way that they're also ready for new products and features that may be added in the future, thus providing you with a clear and transparent overview of our services. Here's an overview of the main changes: • XING is a social network that offers its users a range of different services such as an events and employer review platform. The integration of all these services into one single XING service is reflected in our new GTC, which are also ready for new products and features that may be added in the future. • The GTC now also include the terms and conditions for the use of our events and employer review platforms. • Data protection and privacy are now governed in more detail and ensure more transparency without any detrimental impact on the control you have over your own data. If you don't agree with our new GTC, you can object within six (6) weeks of receiving this notification as per clause 12 of the old GTC. If you correctly object in good time, our old GTC continue to apply to you. If we don't hear from you by the end of the objection period, our new GTC will henceforth apply to you. Want to know more?
